Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts in the French market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails to potential clients, introducing our Wimba products and identifying sales opportunities.
- Attending sales presentations and assisting in the showcasing our offerings to potential clients.
- Providing exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Executing implementation presentations to guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the implementation and usage of our products.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in cold calling and cold emailing.
- Previous participation in sales presentations and a solid understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
