For our buying department we are looking for a Buying Administration Assistant for our underwear team. You will have to provide full administrative support to the Buying team in the development and the delivery of a departmental product range which meets and exceeds customer requirements and delivers the core values and attributes of the Brand.
Our goal: To be the Nr. 1 Lingerie Specialist in Europe and beyond; to inspire and delight our customers every day through innovative, desirable and exclusive products which enhance the Hunkemöller experience.
Role & Responsibilities

Assists with the planning of the product range (Raising orders, follow up in critical path and monitoring the process to assure products delivery times are met)- Reacts to supplier queries on an ad hoc basis
- Sample management and control (Marketing, Communication & E-commerce)
- Support of the buying team where appropriate in preparing meetings
Background & Experience
- Good standard of education – minimum standard MBO level
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a retail/commercial environment is preferred
- Genuine interest in Fashion/Retail
- Good organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of numeracy
- Team player
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken & written)
