As a Business Manager, you expand our client network, connect clients with HR consultants and play a vital role in innovative initiatives:
- Your primary focus is on developing and nurturing a client base of HR leaders and building solid partnerships.
- You handle client requests, analyze challenges, match the right consultants, and provide high-quality guidance throughout the project lifecycle. You may transfer some requests to the team.
- You establish relationships with qualified freelance HR leaders and experts, cultivating a sustainable network.
- You collaborate with the team on learning initiatives, organize gatherings, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, leverage social media, and drive continuous improvement.
- You take entrepreneurial steps to improve our business, valuing creative thinking and initiatives.
