Outline:

The administrator position in Tipperary, offers an excellent opportunity to work for a global facilities managementcompany.

The role involves providing support to the Project Team by managing critical documents, administering databases, generating reports, liaising with suppliers, and performing general administration duties.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4/5 years of administration experience in a technical or pharmaceutical environment, possess excellent IT skills (particularly in MS Office and advanced MS Excel), demonstrate strong communication skills, be highly organized with great attention to detail, and can multitask to meet deadlines.

The position offers a salary of €33k (dependent on experience) and attractive benefits, including free parking, holidays, and continuous in-house development and training opportunities.

Work Atmosphere:

  • Report To: Project Manager
  • Work Environment: Full-Time position based on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Control of critical documents.
  • Administers the database, maintaining lists and recording service activities.
  • Provides Data for Monthly reports.
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers where necessary.
  • Checking document criteria using Excel.
  • Track document approvals and status.
  • Submission and tracking of documentation including Task Orders, Reports, Letters.
  • General administration duties report generation, filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4/5 years Administration experience within a Technical/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent IT skills essential – MS Office and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal essential.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential.
  • Have the flexibility to assist and support several departments where necessary.
