Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations including AR/AP, general journal entries, bills, and payments
- Preparation of monthly sales schedules and for upload into Xero
- Process Payments on Xero & Bank Reconciliations
- Input inter-company transactions
- Maintain fixed asset register and update inventory list in the accounting system
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparing credit notes and chasing long overdue A/R
- Generation of ad-hoc reports for management review
Requirements
- Previous experience with Xero Accounting Software with Xero advisor certification preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in accounting (e-commerce sector is a plus)
- Degree in Accounting
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (especially Excel)
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, and an eye for detail

Salary: Php100,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
