· Min 2-3 years of experience in the solar industry and energy storage systems (LFP
batteries )(Renewable energy).
· Technical Engineer
· Good skills in English communication.
Attendance rules and Holiday:
● Working hours: 9:00-5:30
● Working day: 5 days in a week (Mon-Fri) Might have service projects on weekends
● Holiday: public holidays
Qualification:
● Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or related fields.
● In-depth technical knowledge of Hybrid inverter with Energy storage.
● Proficiency reading, writing and speaking in English & Thai Language.
● Strong technical background in the field of (or):
Basic mechanical, Electrical and energy management knowledge
Microsoft office
AutoCAD
PVSYS
Compensation/Salary:
● Average 30,000-45,000 THB (Depending on skills and experience)
About the Role
● Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifying technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
● Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
● Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
● Monitor and analyze energy consumption.
